PHOENIX – The three-time WNBA Champion Phoenix Mercury will host its annual Media Day this Monday, June 1 at US Airways Center and, for the second straight year, Mercury fans around the world will be able to be a part of the action through an exclusive live stream of the event on PhoenixMercury.com. From 10 a.m. – Noon (Phoenix time) on Monday, fans can log on to watch the Mercury television team of Ann Meyers Drysdale and Kevin Ray interview Mercury players, coaches and other special guests.
The live stream will also include the first looks at some of the hottest Mercury merchandise available at US Airways Center as well as a sneak peak of some delicious specialty food options for fans to enjoy throughout the Mercury season. This year, for the first time, Media Day will take place on the US Airways Center main court.
Sandy Brondello, 2014 WNBA Coach of the Year, leads All-Star Candice Dupree and three-time WNBA Sixth Woman of the Year DeWanna Bonner as the Mercury open defense of their title on Friday, June 5 at 7 p.m. against the San Antonio Stars at US Airways Center.
