Frequently Asked Questions

• When will I receive my tickets? Your tickets will be at Will Call the day of the game starting 3 hour prior to Tip-Off
• Where are my seats located and can they be upgraded? Complimentary tickets will be located in the Lower Level Baseline of Phoenix Suns Arena. If you purchase additional tickets in the Lower Level, your complimentary ticket will automatically upgraded so you’ll be seated together.
• When will I know my seat location? With the great success of this program and the number of participants, unfortunately we are unable to confirm exact seat locations over the phone or through email. All seats are filled on a best available and first-come first served basis within the price level that you select.
• Will additional tickets ordered be next to the complimentary ticket? Yes. All tickets ordered together will be seated together and in the same price range. If you do not submit your order together, you are not guaranteed to be seated next each other.
• What if I have multiple vouchers? If you have multiple vouchers, please submit them individually. Please use the same Team Name, Parent Name, and Email Address as a way to tell our box office to seat all vouchers together. Vouchers needed to be submitted on the same day.
• When will by credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged within 4 business days of submitting your order online.
• What if I have a participant with special needs? Please call 602.379.7876 or email Matthew Audibert and leave a detailed message including parent/guardian name, phone number, which game you would like to attend with special need info (EX. Wheelchair access, etc.).
• What age child requires a ticket to enter the game? Children under the age of 3 DO NOT require a ticket
