How will I claim my tickets?

Receipt for the September 19th game must be submitted by September 16th at 5pm. You will receive a code to claim your tickets on September 17th to the game on September 19th.

When will I receive my tickets?
After claiming tickets on September 17th, tickets can be managed in the Ticketmaster App or by downloading the official Suns-Mercury-Footprint Center App.

If selected and you have not received your tickets within 12 HOURS of game time

I was able to claim my tickets but require ADA seating, who do I contact?
A limited number of ADA seats are available for this promotion. Please contact the Ticket Office at (602) 379-7800 for assistance.
