Tickets claimed through this program should be used. Each ticket is a revocable license that grants the holder admission to the game identified on the ticket. Tickets received through the Phoenix Mercury/Maricopa County Reads Ticket Program may not be resold by the recipients. If the Phoenix Mercury find, or have reason to believe, that the recipients has resold or attempted to resell tickets received through the Phoenix Mercury/Maricopa County Reads Ticket Program, the Phoenix Mercury reserves the right to cancel the tickets, remove the participant from the program, and pursue all available remedies,including legal action.
While Mercury staff make every effort to fulfill all requests, please understand that requests within 24 hours of game time may not allow enough time for response.
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be texted to the number you put on the form. That number MUST be able to receive texts.
When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive a confirmation email once you submit this form. You should receive your tickets by text message within 24 hours of the game, but sometimes it can take a little longer. If you have not received your tickets within 12 HOURS of game time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check that we have the correct number and we can try to give you an update. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO CHECK ON YOUR TICKETS BEFORE THIS WINDOW!
I submitted multiple requests under different names. Will all my tickets be together?

I need transportation. What can I do?
In partnership with Valley Metro’s light rail, Footprint Center and the Phoenix Mercury have established the “RailRide” program, which allows guests who purchase a ticket to an event at Footprint Center to ride Valley Metro’s light rail at no additional cost, on the day of the event. Through RailRide, Valley Metro will recognize Footprint Center event tickets as valid light rail fare on the day of the event for four hours prior to the start of the event, through the end of the transit day.
