GET THE APP
STEP 1 –
Download the Phoenix Mercury Mobile App, available on iTunes App Store or Google Play Store, to access your tickets from one easy-to-manage place.

STEP 2 –
Within the app, select Tickets on the menu bar and click MANAGE YOUR TICKETS

STEP 3 –
Select the button SIGN IN TO YOUR MERCURY ACCOUNT to view your event and tickets.

MANAGE YOUR TICKETS
STEP 1 –
Log in using the email address and password associated with your Mercury Season Ticket Account.

STEP 2 –
Under MY EVENTS you can view youravailable games. To view your ticket options simply click on the game in which you want to manage.

STEP 3 –
Under MY TICKETS you will be able to transfer (forward) your tickets by selecting SEND or SELL

PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL TICKETS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER. IF THEY ARE NOT, THE TRANSFER OPTION WILL NOT BE SHOWN.
ACCESS YOUR TICKETS ON GAMEDAY
STEP 1 –
On the Mercury App, select TICKETS, MANAGE YOUR TICKETS and log in.

STEP 2 –
Select the correct game from the list.

STEP 3 –
Click VIEW BARCODE TICKETS or add the tickets to your digital wallet.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL TICKETS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER. IF THEY ARE NOT, THE TRANSFER OPTION WILL NOT BE SHOWN.
SEND YOUR TICKETS
STEP 1 –
After choosing your event, select the tickets you’d like to transfer, followed by SEND TICKET(s)

STEP 2 –
Choose your preferred sharing app to send to your recipient(s)

STEP 3 –
After choosing your preferred sharing app, send via email, text or social media.

THE DESIGNATED LINK CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE, THE TICKET WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE FIRST PERSON WHO CLAIMS IT.
SELL YOUR TICKETS
STEP 1 –
After choosing your event, select the tickets you want to sell and tap SET PRICE

STEP 2 –
Enter your asking price, followed by PAYOUT METHOD to confirm.

STEP 3 –
After choosing your payout method, click SELL TICKET(s) to post your tickets.

FAQs

Will my member card still work?
Your member card will not work, and you will not need it to enter games in 2019. No new member cards will be issued.

My seats are courtside OR I am a Founder, and my member card previously provided me entry into a club space. What now?
Not to fear, you will still have access. The tickets on your phone will be color-coded for the respective clubs and staff will grant access based on that.

How do I get the game tickets on my phone? And how do I forward them?
Your tickets will be available to download to your phone via the Mercury app (download today!).

In the coming days, you’ll also be receiving an email from your account representative that includes a step-by-step video tutorial. We have also included an insert in this mailer to explain in the process of downloading and forwarding game tickets.

What if I have issues on game day?
We have got you covered! We have created a brand new game-night group that will be staffed at all arena entry points to help fans download or forward tickets, or to address any questions with the process. This group isn’t just for early in the season, either – they’ll be here every game. And, this is in addition to your account representative and our guest services staff, who will be available to help!
