PHOENIX MERCURY ANNOUNCES 2024 NATIONAL BROADCAST SCHEDULE
Schedule Features 25 National Broadcasts
with 12 National Exclusive Games on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and ION
PHOENIX – The Phoenix Mercury today announced the team’s national broadcast schedule for the 2024 regular season, which features 12 national exclusive broadcasts with five games airing on ESPN networks (ABC, ESPN and ESPN2) and seven games on ION. The Mercury will also have 13 non-exclusive national broadcasts on CBS Sports Network (5), NBA TV (4) and live streamed on Prime Video (4).
The Mercury will be featured in two of the league’s most marquee games of the season – opening night against the two-time defending champion Las Vegas Aces on Tuesday, May 14 (ESPN2), and Sunday, June 30, for the Indiana Fever’s lone visit to Phoenix this season (ESPN). The Mercury will play two games on ABC, including a Sunday, June 16 matinee matchup against the Seattle Storm at Footprint Center. That game was moved from Saturday, June 15, into ABC’s showcase window.
“State Farm WNBA Friday Night Spotlight on ION” returns for a second year, with seven Mercury matchups airing on ION throughout the regular season.
The Mercury’s local broadcast schedule on Arizona’s Family will be announced later this month.
