CHAPTER 1: CONNECTING WITH THE MERCURY
Prologue
As Coach Tibbetts alluded to in his video to you, we cannot be more excited for you to join our family.
To ensure you are prepared for our Home Opener on May 17th, we have put together your very own rookie playbook. This playbook will take you through accessing your tickets, learning our cheers, and everything in between. Be on the lookout every week for the next chapter!
First, we'll start with connecting with the Phoenix Mercury!
Access Your Account Manager
The best way to check your balance, make payments, and manage your tickets will be through your account manager.
- To access your account manager, follow the below steps:
- Visit Phoenix Mercury Account Manager
- Click the “Sign In” icon at the top
- Login to Ticketmaster using the email address you used when you purchased your membership. If you do not already have a Ticketmaster account under this email address, create one.
- Once you are signed in, you'll see various options at the bottom of the page:
- To view your account balance or to make payments, click “Pay Invoices”
- To manage your tickets, click “My Events”
- Click “View Event Details” for the game or parking you would like to manage
- One you have selected an event, you can "Transfer" or "Sell" your tickets through buttons at the top of the page
Download Our App
- A great way to stay connected to all things Mercury is to download our free app. Through our app, you can view exclusive Mercury content, receive team updates and news, view our schedule, and access your tickets.
- Download the app, Suns-Mercury-PHX Arena, and select the Mercury as your default view.
- To sign into your profile, use the account you used when signing up for your membership.

In addition to the seats you’ve purchased, you’ll have the ability to bring friends and family to games by adding on single-game tickets or securing a suite:
- Adding on single-game tickets:
- If you need to add a few tickets for a particular game, you’ll have access to purchase our best remaining inventory at our single-game rate without incurring any additional fees.
- You also have priority access to pre-sales for our single-game tickets before the general public.
- Bringing a group for a fun outing in the lower level or in a suite:

CHAPTER 3: GAME EXCHANGE & ADDING TICKETS
All home games for the 2025 season are on sale now! Interested in adding on additional seats to select games? Here’s how:
Adding On Tickets
As a PayPal X-Factor member, you have access to purchase additional tickets at a special member rate without paying any additional fees. Bookmark the link below to add on additional seats at your discounted rate all season long:
*benefit not available for games versus the Indiana Fever or Chicago Sky. You can purchase individual tickets through Ticketmaster or contact your dedicated account representative to purchase group tickets (10 or more) or a premium suite to these games.
****If you have club seats (Annexus Social Club, Club Gila River, Michelob Ultra Club, or Jim Beam Barrel Bar) the best way to purchase additional tickets to games is to contact your dedicated account representative. They can help you purchase additional tickets to select games at your exclusive member rate with no processing fees!*
Game Exchange
One of our most popular X-Factor member benefits is our Game Exchange program. Game Exchange allows you to exchange tickets to games you know you won't be able to attend for additional tickets of equal or lesser value to a different game.
Here are some quick FAQs about Game Exchange:
- Games must be exchanged no later than 48 hours in advance.
- Game Exchange is based on availability.
- We cannot guarantee that your normal seating, specific sections or rows will be available. The sooner you request a game exchange, the better!
- ****If you have club seats (Annexus Social Club, Club Gila River, Michelob Ultra Club, or Jim Beam Barrel Bar) your seats and clubs are part of our most exclusive areas of our arena, so for more popular games there is a high probability we will not be able to get you seats within your normal seating area. With that said, the sooner you exchange, the better chance you have of sitting in your normal seating area.
- Note: club access for an exchanged game is based off where you are sitting that night—not your normal club access.
- Game Exchange is only available for X-Factor members with two or more full season seats.
- Once you exchange a ticket to a game, you cannot re-exchange it to a different game again.
- Game exchange is for games of equal or lesser value.
- Top matchups can only be exchanged into the upper level and Indiana Fever games are ineligible for game exchange.
- Game exchange is for regular season games only, the pre-season game is not eligible for exchange.
How to do a Game Exchange:
Games are exchanged through your Ticketmaster Account Manager. Please refer to the link below for step-by-step instructions on Game Exchange. Need assistance? Your dedicated account representative is always a call or email away!
**Note: Screenshots in the tutorial are from last season’s schedule and are just for reference.
****If you have club seats (Annexus Social Club, Club Gila River, Michelob Ultra Club, or Jim Beam Barrel Bar) Call or email your dedicated representative and let them know the game you can’t attend and which game you would like to exchange it for as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours prior to the game you can’t attend.
CHAPTER 4: Groups, Suites, & X-Factor Assist
This chapter is dedicated to helping you understand some fun ways to maximize your Mighty Merc experience this season and bring friends, families or coworkers to games with you through Groups, Suites, and our X-Factor Assist program!
Groups and Suites
We want to help you share the Mercury experience with your family and friends. As an X-Factor member, you can contact your dedicated X-Factor representative directly to select the games and options that work best for you to take a group of 10 or more to a game or enjoy a premium suite experience. X-Factor members can take advantage of our group and suite options for the following occasions:
- Company outings
- Birthday parties
- Networking Groups/Clubs/Boards/Places of Worship you belong to whatever else you can think of – if it’s 8 or more people, there’s an option for you!
General Groups:
- A group is a minimum of 10 people. You have access to select the best seats where you can all sit together at discounted prices.
- Our group areas and pricing are as follows:
- $50 – Center court
- $30 – First 10 rows corners and baseline
- $20 – Top rows sideline and middle rows corners and baseline
- ***Pricing excludes Fever and Sky which are sold at the single game rate, but you will still save because fees are waived
- Our group areas and pricing are as follows:
- Another cool feature about groups is our Fan Experience Package. If you purchase a certain number of tickets, you are eligible to make this a part of your group experience. In most cases, you can unlock access to our Fan Experience Package by inviting a group of 50 or more people to a game. Two of our most popular options for X-Factor members are:
- Post-game photo on the court
- High five the players as they are running out either pre-game or at halftime
- For more information on our general groups, please visit Group Tickets and then reach out directly to your dedicated X-Factor representative who can help you secure your package.
Premium Groups and Suites:
If you are looking for a more elevated experience, we have several options available for you on our suite level:
- Jim Beam Barrel Bar Couch - $1,200
- 8 Tickets in our Jim Beam Barrel Bar club on Suite Level A that comes with a couch and 4 high top stools behind it
- Unlimited beer/wine/soft drinks
- Unlimited fanfare food at Jim Beam Barrel Bar Buffet
- 2 parking passes
- One of the most unique experiences in the WNBA
- ***Pricing excludes Fever and Sky which are sold at the single game rate, but fees will be waived
- Party Deck
- The Party Deck provides a semi-private space on Suite Level B with sideline views and complimentary access to the Chef’s Buffet, house beer, wine and soda. Seating ranges from 12 to 50 seats as follows:
- 50 Tickets - $6,500
- 28 Tickets - $3,920
- 16 Tickets - $2,656
- 12 Tickets - $2,000

X-Factor Assist
We pride ourselves on creating such an amazing experience that the friends and family you take to games will want to come back and become members! In our X-Factor Assist program, you will receive benefits for referring members to us.

CHAPTER 5 – Gameday-isms
It's May which means Merc season is almost here! These next two chapters are geared toward getting you ready to be part of the best home court advantage in the WNBA! Today’s chapter is something we like to call Gameday-isms.
Our in-arena host, Weezy, has put together a video to help you learn all of our cheers so you’re ready to go on game day!
As a reminder, you will be able to meet Weezy, practice these cheers, test-drive your game day experience and hear from some of our new players at our exclusive Rookie Training Camp event on Monday, May 12. If you haven’t already, make sure to RSVP!

CHAPTER 6: PHX ID
Introducing PHX ID
a new feature in the Suns-Mercury-PHX Arena app that gives you seamless access to scan your tickets, purchase concessions and merchandise, and earn rewards all in one place.
Rewards will be granted throughout the year ranging from prize drops, discounted concessions, and exclusive event access, just for using PHX ID to scan your tickets and make purchases. Make sure your app notifications are on for new reward drops!
HOW TO USE PHX ID
- If you haven’t already, download the Suns-Mercury-PHX Arena app and select Mercury mode as your default view.
- Once in the app, tap on the PHX ID icon in the lower navigation bar, or by selecting ‘Scan Tickets’ from the ticket icon.
- Make sure to log in/create your account with the email address associated with the Ticketmaster account that has your Mercury tickets. You will be asked to log in twice during initial registration.
HOW TO SCAN TICKETS
- Tap on PHX ID in the lower navigation bar or click on the ticket icon and select “Scan Tickets”.
- Scan the QR code at any entrance pedestal around the arena.
- Once you scan your QR code, select the ticket(s) you want to scan in for entry on the pedestal.
Tickets will appear in your PHX ID at least 24 hours before your event in the “Seating Information” button. Screenshots of your PHX ID will not work.
HOW TO PAY FOR MERCHANDISE AND CONCESSIONS
- Tap on PHX ID in the lower navigation bar or by clicking 'Pay' in the ticket icon.
- Add a valid payment method.
- Scan the QR code to pay for merchandise and concessions*.
- PayPal X-Factor Members 20% team store and NEW 10% concession discounts will only be accessible via PHX ID.**
*Works at any concession around the arena except for the Grab and Go locations at sections 107, 114, 119, 210, and 226.
