COVID-19 TESTING PROTOCOL FOR MERCURY TICKET HOLDERS WITHIN TESTING ZONE

COVID-19 testing is required for all fans seated within 30′ of the court. The Phoenix Mercury have partnered with Impact Health to administer COVID-19 tests for designated fans, and all costs associated with testing will be covered by the Mercury.

The following steps outline the designated process for fans who have purchased these seats:

Registration prior to gameday is essential. Access the Impact Health online portal at www.impacthealth.com/mercury

REGISTER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

For New Users, follow the instructions below:

  • Press “Register” Complete the New User Registration form and press “Register”
  • Verify your address and press “Confirm”
  • Create a Username and Password. Press “Sign in”
  • Read and press “Accept” for the Consent and Authorization.
  • Press “Start Assessment” Complete assessment and press “Submit”
  • Verify your address and press “Confirm”
  • Press “Select” for a test location, appointment date and time. Press “Confirm”
  • Press “Email” and “Send” to get the appointment confirmation emailed to you. Optionally, you can also press “Print” to bring it to your testing appointment.

For Returning Users, simply login with your Username and Password. A new assessment will need to be completed each time a new testing appointment is scheduled.
