I’m a huge Batman fan, so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that the first thing I noticed while watching Tiffany Bias’ ridiculously intense training video was her “Bane” mask that actor Tom Hardy wore in The Dark Knight Rises.

However, it should be noted that I am a nerd and she is not, in fact, wearing a Bane mask.

But I digress.

In the video below, you’ll see the mask I’m talking about (which apparently simulates high altitude training and breathing) but more importantly an absolutely insane workout regimen that Bias is going through this offseason.

Trust me; it’s impressive.
